Roles and Responsibility :

Position: EA to CEO

Salary – 30K – 35K (Negotiable)

Working Days – 6 Days


Job Descriptions


  • To provide a comprehensive secretarial and administration service to the Chief Executive officer across the range of his work.
  • To develop, maintain and review administration systems to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • To maintain and organize the Chief Executives diary, filing system and all other relevant areas as necessary.
  • To draft speeches, articles, briefings, as requested by the CEO
  • To professionally represent the organization at sector networking events
  • To facilitate meetings, schedule debriefing meetings so follow up action can be implemented. Also by arranging refreshments, seating and taking minutes if required to do so.
  • To co-ordinate staff/Board members and meetings
  • To respond to Board member and other stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner, both orally and in writing
  • Managing Calendar, Meeting, Booking of conference rooms, and Admin support to seminars.
  • Daily checking mails and responding on time
  • Bookings and managing travelling plans.
  • Ensure work delegated are completed and coordinating with all various employees & others in company and social organizations.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure by meeting deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Be competent with MS Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point. MS Access is a plus.

  • Familiar with Power point and outlook 
  • Drafting Skills


Skill Set Required


  • Good experience at least 2+Years with Good Reputed Company.
  • Candidate should be Graduate or Post Graduate.
  • Any degree or additional diploma related to the same will be advantage.
